Mapping and tracking competitor’s communication strategy.
Briefing and Ideation, finalising with Creative agency, Media agency & Houses.
Approving the designing and development of communication materials (TV/Print etc).
Analysing research data, market construct and competitor’s price and creating Media strategy based on the same
Planning the Media Budget on a monthly basis and monitoring the same to control and manage the spend
Managing Media Plan and co-ordination with Media Agencies & Media Houses.
Ensuring proper execution of promotional strategy.
Identifying promotional Item as per consumer requirement and (trade) level promotion.
Handling TOT and arranging for delivery of items into various depots, thrice every year for proper consumer
promotions.
Designing and development of communication materials (TV/Print etc) for ATL activities as well as promotion
collaterals for BTL activities.
Making occasional market visit during promotional activities.
Utilising competitor’s product prices for taking pricing decisions.
Reviewing MIS reports twice a month.iption.
