1. Having in-depth knowledge of air, water and hazardous wastes management.
2. Executing complete Environment, Health and Safety operations entailing planning,
optimum use of available resources, maintenance and implementation of standard
operating procedures.
3. Having experience on OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001. Have knowledge about Insurance
audits, Licensing work with Govt. authority like factory inspector, MPCB, Fire
Department & etc
4. Well aware about emergency preparedness – Handling & Storage of inflammable/ Toxic
chemicals, onsite emergency preparedness plan, conduct periodic mock drill, evaluation and
gap analysis
5. Responsible for implementation, monitoring and continual improvement of safety management
system in order to avoid incidents and manage risk, incident investigation and reporting
6. Implementation of safety work practices work permit system, LOTO system, machine
safeguarding, safety pre-examination of new or change of facility and process.
7. Experience of factory requirement and compliance of statutory requirements (Electrical, MPCB,
DISH, Fire & etc)
8. Good knowledge of EHS goal planning, strategy, & performance monitoring. Punctually
reporting to top management.
9. Experience about budget management and commercial process (Expense, investment, Project
work, bill processing.
